It all started when…

In 2007, Jimmy Lyn’s Catering was born. But this is not your typical story.

Jimmy Fagala, owner and creator of Jimmy Lyn’s Catering, was in the oil and gas business, while his wife Cayce was a counselor.

So WHY CATERING?

Jimmy’s position in his business, had him traveling the nation, visiting all sorts of small towns and big cities.

Being the foodie he is, at each stop he asked the town’s citizens, “Where is the best BBQ?”

Because of his travels, he has had the pleasure of interviewing over 500 pit masters, visiting hundreds of restaurants and learning and experimenting with recipes along the way.

After hosting several “backyard BBQ’s” with family and friends, Jimmy and Cayce Fagala decided to start their own catering company, and it has grown ever since.

We would absolutely love to feed your people on your big day, after all- “we are here for the moments that matter.”

Meet the team…

Cayce Fagala - Owner

The owner of Jimmy Lyn’s has been involved in every detail of the company since the beginning, from cooking to serving to administration. You’ll often find Cayce chatting with clients, checking in at the kitchen, or supervising a catering team at a special event. A fun fact about Cayce is that she used to be a therapist and now gets to use those skills to lead our incredible team!

Lani Cammer - Our specialty cake and desserts baker

If you’re looking for an epic dessert bar that your guests will be drooling over for years to come, you’ve come to the right place! Lani bakes with love, relying on her years of experience to bring you the best in service and flavor! She also runs all of our social media doing a beautiful job of marketing and networking! A fun fact about Lani is that all of her children (now grown) have worked for Jimmy Lyn’s at some point! Follow her on Instagram @jimmylynsdesserts

April Maynard - Our chef and kitchen manager

For over 10 years, April has been a core part of our team with her incredible work ethic and dependability. We are so blessed to have her talent and presence in our kitchen. A fun fact about April is that her grandchildren are her world and she became a grandmother to twins last year!

Moriah Guardia - Our office and operations manager

When you call up Jimmy Lyn’s you’ll be greeted by Moriah who is proud to serve our clients with the best care. She enjoys hosting tastings, working alongside planners, and leading our catering team in top notch service! A fun fact about Moriah is that she speaks three languages which makes her an even better client care professional!

Gabby Melendez - Our office assistant

We were so thrilled to bring Gabby on to the team in 2024 to take over a big part of our office work including inquiries and scheduling! Gabby has also worked alongside Cameron at The Petal Artist and has been a great support to the Jimmy Lyn’s team as well. A fun fact about Gabby is that she is about to graduate university and we are so proud!
